With an on-going subscription, you receive our surplus records each auction day, on the day the auction is held. We realize the cost of our subscription may be out of reach for people who are just starting out and need to learn the business of Asset Recovery, so we also offer Quarterly Records at a lower cost and you are able to buy whenever you want instead of committing to an on-going subscription.
With each purchase of a Quarterly Surplus List, you receive:

- Property Information Report for each record
- The counties produce these and they list any Book/Page Numbers that may be a lien. We mark them with a red pencil so that you can look them up on the Official Records website to see if they are a lien and if so, how much.

- Surplus Claim Form for each County
