They give you a list, then skip over to the part where you contact the property owner and sign them to a deal. That wastes a lot of time because, for many reasons, it may not even be a record that is good. We eliminate that by showing you how to get all of the details you need to make an informed decision.
For example, you may not want to pursue a surplus record with the following criteria:
- The property owner is a Bank, HOA or Large corporation
- The property owner lives outside of the U.S.
- There are multiple (unmarried) owners that you would need to pursue individually to sign a deal
- There are liens on the property that can claim some or all of the surplus

PROPERTY INFORMATION REPORT TRAINING
We teach you how to “read” a Property Information Report from the county so you can locate property owner information and documents numbers that may be liens on the property (which could take some or all of the surplus if they put in a claim)
LIEN RESEARCH TRAINING
Once you have any document number mentioned on the Property Information Report, we teach you where and how to look them up online so you can determine the type of lien, how much and to whom it is owed.
