Seminole County is online!
We are excited to announce another county in Florida brought their Tax Deed Auctions and Documents online!
Seminole County (includes the cities of Sanford, Lake Mary, Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Casselberry and 7 more)
As of April 4, 2025, Seminole County will now be included on our Auction Calendar and Surplus Lists. The County is also providing the Tax Deed documents online so we are able to research the liens on the properties.
As for auctions they already held online this year, there are records we never obtained. We went back and gathered those records, Downloaded the reports and performed the lien research AND checked for any claims against the surplus to show you current available surplus.
What I found to be amazing is not one single claim on these records.
Since these auctions were held on 1/9 and 1/23, it just goes to show not many people (if any) who do surplus asset recovery know that Seminole went online.
We are offering this dataset for sale. There are 9 Records with $239,275.89 in surplus, again with no claims put in. The surplus shown to be available as of today is on the records. All Property Information Reports are also included with full owner information.
It is optional if you want to purchase these older ones. Otherwise beginning today all auction dates moving forward will be included on the Surplus list that we supply each day.
