Major Upgrade about Surplus Lists
We are in the middle of making some changes to TaxAuctionSurplus.com
Surplus Lists will now NOT be offered one by one, where you download them and supply a discount code. The surplus records will now be on a sortable, searchable table right on the website. You can use filters to drill down on the list and then export your results to an Excel Spreadsheet.
We are also retiring the Lien & Lookup tool because the lien research will be shown right on the table and on the exported spreadsheets. No more looking up liens one by one 🙂
We did not want to close the website down while all of the changes are being made, especially since this week is a very busy auction week. Therefore, at the moment, we just want to get the information about HOW to obtain the surplus lists going forward. You may see incorrect items throughout the website for now but just know, we are currently working on it behind the scenes.
