Welcome to Asset Recovery Training for the Surplus from Tax Deed Auctions in Florida.
We made training very simple:
- Browse the records on the surplus table
- Click the “Research Sheet” link to print a blank Research Sheet
- Click the “County Page” icon at the left of any record to go to the correct County Page for that record
- Follow the step-by-step instructions to fill out your sheet – The are links, videos and PDF Files for you to click and learn during the steps.
- If you get stuck, submit a ticket on the Support Desk
Some tasks are a deep learning experience and will need to be done over and over until you feel you have it right.
For example, contacting Property Owners to try and land them as a client. You will eventually learn the best things to say (and what not to say)
