DAILY SURPLUS LISTS (Full Details)
We supply fresh new surplus lists from the counties in Florida every auction day (Monday thru Thursday and sometimes on Friday). The daily list is uploaded to our Surplus Table on the website where you can sort, filter and export to an Excel Spreadsheet.
PROPERTY INFORMATION REPORTS (Full Details)
Whenever a property is scheduled for a Tax Deed auction, the county prepares a “Property Information Report” which contains a wealth of information about the property and the owner. This report also lists the document numbers of any possible liens that may be on the property and could take some surplus. You would use those numbers to look up the lien on the Official Records website for that county.
CLIENT AND CLAIM FORMS (Full Details)
Once you locate the potential client, you need to determine the route you will take plus an agreement between you. We give you information on “Routes To Take”, which discusses the Assignment of Interest or the Contingency Agreement + Power of Attorney. We also give you an example of the forms filled out.
After you have worked out a deal and signed the client, you need the Surplus Claim Form from the County. We have all 67 County Claim Forms

LDP Reports
LDP = Lien Deadline Passed. Every Monday morning, we pull a report to show all records where any liens that were on that property are no longer able to claim any surplus (the lien-claim deadline has been reached) and therefore, any surplus money still available is due only to the previous property owner. We then re-research those records to see if any claims were made and if there is surplus remaining. We provide this information to you on a PDF.

We know how difficult it is to gather all of the information and documentation you need, so we have greatly streamlined the process to make it super-easy for you. Not only that but by using our records, you have a MUCH higher chance of being the first to submit a file to their system since we provide our lists much sooner than anyone else, including the county themselves.
WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH THEIR COMPANY. WE DO NOT EVEN KNOW THEM. WE CREATED THIS AREA TO PROVIDE YOU WITH OUR TYPICAL SURPLUS RECORDS IN A WAY THAT MAKES IT EASIER FOR YOU TO SUBMIT CASES TO THEIR SYSTEM.

Our website typically gives you surplus records with $1,000 in surplus and up. However, the SFR system allows submissions with over 35k in surplus only. Therefore, we have a table showing you only those records. We also do not include records where the owner is a bank, business or HOA since Surplus Funds Riches does not accept those submissions. (If this ever changes, let us know and we will update accordingly)

The fields on the spreadsheets that we offer on our website contain headers that do not match with how they are listed on the SFR system.
