• Each week, we will add the newest records at the top and will delete the older ones from the bottom.

• If the auction date has passed, you are encouraged to look at the record on the county’s auction website to determine if the property did indeed sell successfully and find out the actual surplus amount. From the point we post the information below, it is always possible the owner redeemed the property by paying their taxes or the county cancelled/rescheduled the auction.

• This process is in Beta, meaning we are testing out the process and will determine if we want to continue

• Determining the information we supply for these records takes a great deal of time. Therefore, we will provide just a few records here on this page, each week. There are always many more great surplus records on the lists we supply every day.
