Therefore, it is possible (and sometimes does happen) that after we give the surplus records on\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.taxauctionsurplus.com\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">TaxAuctionSurplus.com,<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0the owner went in and paid their property taxes, redeeming their property and then there would be no surplus. This is the price paid for receiving the records so early.
