Or you may not want to go after records where the surplus is under $10,000 or the owner lives overseas, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The big one is if the owner is deceased.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In Florida, you do not have to be an Attorney or Private Investigator to be an Asset Recovery Specialist. In fact, you don\u2019t even need a business license (though we highly recommend you become as professional as possible).
