There are a few websites that offer surplus lists from Florida Counties, yet these lists are not as good as they could be. A lot of lists will not even give the property owners name, so you do not know who is owed the surplus. They will give you a Tax Deed #, Case # and Parcel #. These surplus lists also most definitely do not tell you if there are any liens on the property.<\/p>\n
