Here are 2 examples of County-Supplied Surplus Lists (and how our Tools can help you)
BROWARD COUNTY FLORIDA
- They do not give the surplus amount, but that is easy enough to determine with the information they do give.
- They do not give the Owners Name or Mailing Address. You can use the Parcel # to look that up on the Property Appraisers website, but you need to be careful to look for who was the owner at the time of the auction, not who is the owner now.
- They do not give any information about possible liens on the property that could take the surplus.

LEE COUNTY FLORIDA
- They do give the surplus amount.
- They do give the Owners Name but not the Mailing Address. You can use the Parcel # to look that up on the Property Appraisers website, but you need to be careful to look for who was the owner at the time of the auction, not who is the owner now.
- They do not give any information about possible liens on the property that could take the surplus.
- The one highlighted in yellow would not be in our Lien Lookup because it’s too old.
