Whenever a property is scheduled for a Tax Deed auction, the county prepares a “Property Information Report” which contains a wealth of information about the property and the owner. We obtain these reports for every surplus record that has over $5,000 in surplus. We then mark them up, showing the documents that may be liens on the property so that you can research to see if the record is still worth pursuing. We upload all of them to our online repository and share access with you.
