There are a few websites that offer surplus lists from Florida Counties, yet these lists are not as good as they could be. A lot of lists will not even give the property owners name, so you do not know who is owed the surplus. They will give you a Tax Deed #, Case # and Parcel #. These surplus lists also most definitely do not tell you if there are any liens on the property.
That is where we come in. We offer the following Enhancements and Tools that will greatly assist you.
DAILY SURPLUS LISTS (Full Details)
We supply fresh new surplus lists from the counties in Florida every auction day (Monday thru Thursday and sometimes on Friday). Our surplus lists are a separate cost but as a monthly paying subscriber, you receive a code for 50% off every list.
PROPERTY INFORMATION REPORTS (Full Details)
Whenever a property is scheduled for a Tax Deed auction, the county prepares a “Property Information Report” which contains a wealth of information about the property and the owner. This report also lists the document numbers of any possible liens that may be on the property and could take some surplus. You would use those numbers to look up the lien on the Official Records website for that county.
LIEN AND OWNER LOOKUP (Full Details)
No matter where you obtain your surplus list, it most certainly does not tell you if there are any liens on the property and sometimes doesn’t even tell you the property owner (who is owed the surplus). We have a Lookup tool where you can enter the Tax Deed Number and be given FULL information about the Liens and Owners.
