Please note, this guide is specific to Florida Counties. The included Property
Information Reports were taken straight from each county, in the way they offer
them. They are usually PDF documents, scanned in and therefore, they do
not look great.
We have them in order by County Name. The County name is on the top right
of all pages.
Please also note that a county does not have to always stick with one
company when requesting these reports to be produced. Therefore, you may
see in our example, a Property Report for Hernando County created by “Grant
Street” but when you get an actual report online, the report was created by
“Gulf Title Company”. However, ALL of these Property Information Reports
are important to study because it gives you a greater understanding of how
to locate what you need.
We feel after reading through just a few of the example reports, you will get a
feel for where to look on any type of report to find the information you need.
